1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and YouthYatra™ ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the youthyatra.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Student Intellectual Property: Any ideas, minimum viable products (MVPs), or startups built by students during our 1-Day Workshops or 5-Day Make-a-Thons remain the sole intellectual property of the students. YouthYatra™ claims no equity or ownership over student-generated startup concepts.

3. Workshop & Event Participation

By registering for a YouthYatra™ workshop, you agree to attend the sessions punctually and participate constructively in the ecosystem. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive behavior or violates the community guidelines without a refund.

4. Institutional Partnerships

Colleges and institutions partnering with YouthYatra™ agree to provide the necessary infrastructural support as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). We commit to delivering the structured execution frameworks and international pathways as advertised.
