We require a standard seminar hall or auditorium equipped with a projector, microphones, and seating for the participating cohort. Reliable Wi-Fi is highly recommended for the research and building phases.

To ensure high-quality mentorship and execution, our 5-Day Make-a-Thon cohorts are capped at 50-70 highly motivated students. The 1-Day Workshop can accommodate up to 200 students.

The students own 100% of the IP generated during the workshops. YouthYatra™ takes zero equity and acts purely as an ecosystem enabler and educational facilitator.

Top-performing startups from our Make-a-Thons are vetted and directly connected to our corporate and government partners in Tokyo (including TIB). We facilitate introductions for incubation, educational treks, and potential career placements.
